What are your best sellers?
Lemon + Lavender is our number-one seller. Other customer favorites include Blue Volcano, Palo Santo, Je T’aime, Afterglow, and Welcome Home.
Where should I start with my first order?
For a first order, we recommend matching your 9 oz scents to your 22 oz selections so customers can shop their favorite fragrance in more than one size. Start with a broad variety of scents, then narrow your next order around the fragrances that perform best for your customers.
How are candles case packed?
22 oz glass candles are sold in cases of 3. 9 oz glass candles are sold in cases of 6. Travel tins are sold in cases of 24. Quantity controls automatically enforce the correct case pack.
Is wholesale pricing per candle or per case?
Wholesale pricing is shown per candle. For case-packed products, select the required quantity to add the full case to your order.
How do I save an additional 5%?
Build your wholesale order to $1,000 and receive an additional 5% off. Your cart shows exactly how much more you need to add to qualify, on top of your wholesale pricing.
How do I get 50% off my first order, one year of free shipping, and free returns?
Place your first Forget Me Not Candle order through our Faire page. Eligible retailers receive 50% off their first order, up to $150, plus one year of free shipping with our brand and free returns on opening orders.
Do you offer ZIP-code exclusivity?
Do you offer net terms?
Yes. Net 60 terms are available through Faire for eligible U.S. and Canada brick-and-mortar retailers. Please order through our Faire page to access available terms.
